He has developed and maintained our FoxPro database system and
provided software creations that adapted this system to the needs of

This is a letter of recommendation for Pro Act Consulting, Inc. The
Owner, Jon Griebel has been the exclusive computer "guru" for this
company for the past 15 years.
For as long as Jon has been in charge of our computer needs, we have
enjoyed immediate response time during particularly stressful times
of the year. Jon was in charge of developing,
programming and implementing the database for our horse records.
This database included pertinent information for over 6,240 horses.
The database includes over 27 reports and has the capability
built-in to be able to manipulate each report to suit our needs. I
cannot say enough about his skills or about my satisfaction with his
performance. I personally attribute our continued success in being
able to provide up to date information to the Owner of our company
and it's affiliates to Jon's abilities. I have found him to be an
individual that possesses a caring attitude towards our computer
challenges and an
eagerness to learn when faced with a problem he has never
encountered. He also seeks perfection towards obtaining the finished
product. He has demonstrated considerable ability when asked to
produce changes in our database reports with short notice, as well
as the ability to work cooperatively and respectfully with my

re-design of our
personalized computer software that has made our office procedures so much
quicker, more thorough and much more professional in appearance. He was
very quick to understand the inner workings of our company and was able to

Jon was always available for our phone
calls in time of need as we launched our new systems and made personal
visits to be certain the program was working efficiently.

swimming pools and recreation halls. John Griebel has been invaluable to
us as we upgraded all our computers and software. John designed a custom
homeowner association program for us that has been extremely dependable.
He also has been our consultant on decisions related to our hardware and

I have known and worked with Jon Griebel for many years.
We toiled together at IBM General Products Division before Jon retired and
re-entered the workforce under the aegis of Pro Act Consulting.
I established the Environmental Training Center to teach classes in
compliance with federal, state and local safety and health issues under
OSHA, MSHA, and DOT mandates.
Recordkeeping was an important issue. Governmental regulations required
accurate records. And ETC needed a control mechanism to keep track of the
thousands of students being taught in hundreds of classes in both Tucson
and Phoenix.
Jon Griebel built, installed and serviced such a system and his
independently-developed, specific-need programming helped me to maintain
my sanity.

I have been associated with John Griebel over the past two years. John
and I have been working together to create RxAccordTM (pat.pend.) which is
a software program used in the healthcare field. RxAccord can search any
size data base to provide various reports indicating, for example,
patients who are not taking their medications as prescribed by their
physicians. Noncompliance is an enormous problem in this country and
costs health entities hundreds of millions of dollars annually in
absenteeism, emergency room usage, hospital usage and office visits. The
program is flexible enough to provide any patient-data report necessary to
help control medical costs.
Since reporting capabilities of this
kind had not previously been available, the initial programming was
complex and difficult to piece together from the raw data. While I could
explain what clinical reports were necessary, John could provide the path
to reach reliable, usable information. We spent many hours in discussion,
experimentation, programming and reprogramming.
John was an integral part in the software
development of RxAccord. His expertise was invaluable. He always kept
appointments. He was always available by cell phone and always returned
calls promptly. He strictly kept program development timelines. I do not
think I could find a more knowledgeable, efficient and helpful colleague.
His programming skills are excellent.
There is no doubt in my mind that I would use John's services on any
future software program development project I might have. I have no
