PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION: Designed database application to manage records
for a 1700 unit closed (over 55) community, including qualification
records, monthly assessments, delinquent fees, security patrols, HUD
requirements, golf course fees, and RV park space rentals.

Created parts
management application to track information on used commercial aircraft
parts for resale, warehousing requirements, shipping records and FAA
tracking requirements.
RESEARCH CORP.:
Integrated applications to manage all aspects of academic grants and
proposals in the areas of Chemistry, Physic and Astronomy. These include
the peer and committee review processes , payment logs and “expert
system” applications to match proposals and reviewers. The academic grant
process creates a large volume of business letters. Mail merge support is
a core part of this application.
MANAGED CARE
PHARMACY CONSULTANTS: Created software to analyze large volume prescription
insurance claims to determine schedule adherence, conflicting and
discontinued prescriptions, and cost analysis and trends.
WELCOME.COM:
Re-designed database application to match Tucson newcomers with businesses that want
their services known to Tucson newcomers.
SOUTHWEST PARKS
AND MONUMENTS ASSOCIATION: Developed integrated inventory and sales
management applications for 64 remote gift shops, their warehouse and
their headquarters facility.
ENVIRONMENTAL
TRAINING CENTER: Designed application to schedule classrooms, track attendance,
manage certification for environment training classes and OSHA
certificates.
ACADEMIC
EXCELLENCE: Developed software to collect, manage and summarize a
survey of approximately 150 higher learning institutions use and
effectiveness of grant money. Results to be published in book form summer
2001.
EL MOLINITO
RESTAURANTS: Created software to manage the catering (up to 200 events /
month) services, including menus, equipment, addresses, trucks, times,
waiter assignments, tips and accounts receivable.
DEL MONTE FRESH
PRODUCE: Developed applications to synchronize produce shipping
records between remote sites and Del Monte headquarters’ computer.
